• Every Monday, receive 10% cashback on your net losses from the previous week.
• Minimum qualifying loss: ৳1,000.

Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. If bonus abuse is suspected, Joya 99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses.

5 Betting Rules

General Betting Rules:

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Joya 99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason. However, account action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any verified balance will be refunded. A monthly service charge of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts.
